Changes in version 0.1-0                        

  - Allows to retrieve station data from automated weather stations and
    towers published via the Swiss open data portal.
  - The functionality and naming of the package and functions are based
    on the R package gsdata, allowing to download meteorological
    observations from the Austrian weather service.
  - Releasing first beta version of the package.
